As all House of Wit products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference. Please refer to our size chart before placing your order.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Since all House of Wit products are made-to-order, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Personal preference regarding fit, color, or design
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video, and we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
How can I track my order?
